Roasted Turkey Breast with Oriental Plum Sauce

Ingredients 700-750g Tegel 99% Fat Free boneless Turkey Breast 1/2 - 3/4 cup Wattie's Bit on the Side Oriental Plum Sauce 180g Kiwi bacon strips
Oriental Ginger Roast Winter Vegetables 4 cups pumpkin, kumara, carrot, white turnip or parsnip (peeled and cut into 2-3cm even sized pieces) 2 tbsp oil 2-3 tsp minced ginger 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tbsp liquid honey

Turkish Chicken Rolls

Give the humble sandwich a much-needed lift with this quick and easy combo. Add
coriander, ginger, red onion, cumin seeds and Wattie's Bit on the Side Vege
Deluxe Pickle to lean, skinless chicken thigh fillets then place it all between
a toasted Turkish roll. It's healthy fuel for summer fun.

Method
1. With a sharp knife, cut even slashes into the surface of the Tegel 99% Fat Free Boneless Turkey Breast, brush with about 3/4 of the Wattie's Bit On The Side Oriental Plum Sauce. Wrap the Kiwi bacon strips over the turkey and secure with toothpicks. Brush bacon with remaining plum sauce.
2. Place on a shallow tray.
3. Roast at 180oC for 45 minutes.
4. Cover the meat and rest for 5 minutes before carving.
Oriental Ginger Roast Winter Vegetables
1. Toss the prepared vegetables with the oil, ginger, garlic and honey.
2. Place on a baking tray.
3. Roast at 180oC for 45 minutes.
